Thirty countries for Africa and rest of the world are participating in the 2023 Presidential fleet review organized by the Nigerian Navy to honour outgoing Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari.
The fleet review which is presently underway will witness participation of 16 war ships from countries within the coastline of Nigeria and Spain and Brazil.
